4. Processing methods and retention

Contact and booking data are retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, and in any case no longer than 24 months from collection, unless longer legal retention obligations apply. Third-party service providers currently in use include: Vercel (hosting), Google (Calendar, Meet), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database). These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and GDPR safeguards.

Some third-party service providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, Webble Studio ensures that the transfer takes place in compliance with the safeguards required by GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
